The flat is about 100 square meters, placed into the main old renovated housing, it is divided in two floors. It has the typical old beams on the ceiling.
Ground floor: living room with sofa and flat screen TV, kitchen space.
First floor: two matrimonial bedrooms that one of them has a loft and the other can have the additional bed, bathroom with shower stall.

All the flats are furnished with dishwasher, satellite and flat screen TV, direct telephone line, independent heating (payment as required), exclusive wide space in the garden equipped with parasol, table and chairs and a beach chairs, mosquito net on the windows. Every kitchen is furnished with tableware, pots, American coffee machine.
At the beginning of the staying will be provided linen for kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. For a week or two weeks staying will be made a weekly change. The required midweek cleanings have a different payment.
