The flat is about 105 square meters and it is acquired into the main housing that it was renovated maintaining the main features. The house is divided in two floors there are allied by the original stone staircase.
Ground floor: living room with sofa and satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower stall.
First floor: two bedrooms, one of which is wide with loft, bathroom with shower stall.

All the flats are furnished with dishwasher, satellite and flat screen TV, direct telephone line, independent heating (payment as required), exclusive wide space in the garden equipped with parasol, table and chairs and a beach chairs, mosquito net on the windows. Every kitchen is furnished with tableware, pots, American coffee machine.
At the beginning of the staying will be provided linen for kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. For a week or two weeks staying will be made a weekly change. The required midweek cleanings have a different payment.
